DIVORCE SUIT POSTPONED
Parties to the Litigation Failed to visit Attorney Mahan.
Attorney W. M. Mahan expected to sit as master in his office in the Marshall building Friday in the divorce proceedings instituted by George H. Johnson against his wife, Susan Johnson, but neither party appeared and Mr. Mahan will so report to Judge Telford. The Johnsons are the parents of Glen Johnson, the 11-year old Rossiter boy who met his death some weeks ago while, it is alleged, defending his mother from the attacks of Lew Williams, a boarder at their home. Johnson was then working near Johnstown and the only time he has seen his wife in the past few months was when they met at the lad's funeral.
