Barbara Thompson age 65 of Howard City passed away September 21 at her residence. She was born March 29, 1948 in Morley the daughter of Jacob and Doris ( Morse ) Vandyke. During her working years she worked as a nurses aide for approx fifteen years. She enjoyed doing plastic canvas and she enjoyed all of her pets. In 1984 she married Charles Thompson who survives, also surviving are Six children Chuck Thompson of Howard City Wayne Thompson of Florida Jack ( Tanaya ) Taber of Croton Casey Smith of Howard City Tracey Vandyke of Grand Rapids Cathy Gray of Grand rapids 13 Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren Three sisters Julie, Charlene and Christine ( Pete) Two brothers Bruce and Terry And many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents No services will take place as to Barbaras' wishes. Arrangements were entrusted to the Heckman Funeral Home
