NORTHPORT Mildred Hobson Mosley, age 78, of Northport, died August 23, 2013, in Tuscaloosa. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday August 26, 2013 at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel with Stephen Mosley officiating. Burial will be Tuesday, August 27, 2013, in Barrancas National Cemetery with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to services at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her parents, James D. and Emma L. Hobson; husband, Paul Mosley Sr., daughter, Wanda Gayle Southerland; and numerous brothers and sisters.Survivors include her daughter, Paulette Mosley Colson; sons, William Flowers, Kenneth Flowers, and Stephen Mosley; sisters, Jean Stevens and Billie Ruth Hess; brothers, Bobby Smitherman and Dilbert Hobson; grandchildren, Chris Bailey, Jeremy Heard, Chad Heard, Jamie Heard, Kimberly Flowers, Ryan Flowers, Jordan Conti, Ashton Mosley, Ethan Mosley, Angel Morino, Jacob Shores, Travis Flowers, Shannon Flowers, Robert Balkum, Tammy Southerland, and Mandi Mosley; and numerous great-grandchildren.She was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She raised seven children and was a faithful wife through those tender years. She showed all that met her that they were family to her. She was our "master chef" and known for her southern cooking. She taught all to love the Lord.Pallbearers will be Ryan Flowers, Seth Levins, Chad Heard, Jamie Heard, James Hallman, and Travis Flowers.
