Leonard Shonkwiler, 92, died Sunday at the home of a nephew, Carl Shonkwiler of Mt. Sterling.
Mr. Shonkwiler had made his home with his nephew for the last seven years. He formerly lived with a sister, Mrs. Nan Schoonover of Lucasville until her death.
Survivors are three brothers, Emory of Washington Court House, Daniel and Ruben of Sciotoville and several nieces and nephews.
Interment was Tuesday in Owl Creek Cemetery.
