MORRIS, JOSEPHINE O'NEILL, 76, of Captains Cove, Greenbackville, VA, and formerly of Pennsylvania, died on Saturday, September 28, 2013, at her residence. Born September 5, 1937 in Hazelton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Clarence O'Neill and the late Constance Dietrick O'Neill.

Mrs. Morris graduated from Philadelphia General Hospital as an RN and went on to earn her Master's in nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She retired in 1996 from Columbia Montrose Home Health with 35 years in the nursing field.

She is survived by one son, Philip Boyd of Wilmington, DE; two daughters, Donna Sheaffer of Mount Joy, PA and Patricia Smith of Villas, NJ; two brothers, C.J. O'Neill of Largo, FL and James O'Neill of West Chester, PA; one sister, Patricia Cook of Reno, NV; one step-daughter, Donna Repici of Bellplain, NJ; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Morris, one sister, Jacqueline Palmer, and one brother, Frederick O'Neill.

Family and friends will gather for a viewing, Wednesday, Oct 2, 2013 at the Holloway Funeral Home in Pocomoke City, from 5-8 PM. A graveside interment will be held at Noon, Thursday, Oct 3, 2013 in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia, PA.
