At 4:30 o'clock Saturday morning, members of Garpinski's family found him lying in the doorway of an outbuilding. He had a gaping wound in his forehead and an automatic pistol lay where it had evidently fallen from his hand.
Garpinski was an employe of the Aluminum Goods Company. He was born in this city. Besides his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Frank of Chicago,,, Alois of Racine, Paul and Alex of this city and by two sisters, Mrs. Peter Benes, this city and Lucille at home.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from St. Mary's church which was to have been the scene of the wedding ceremony the day before.
