Born in Wales, she was the second wife of John E. Evans. They immigrated to America, departing for Liverpool, England on Jan 30 and arriving at Ellis Island, NY on Feb 8, 1907. In addition to her husband her two step sons David & John and her children Mary, Edward, Christmas & Maldwyn made the trip. (The other children Jane, Margaret, Ethyl, Rahel & Ruth were born in America.) They settled briefly in Ohio before moving to the Steuben area of Oneida Co, NY.
