Marjorie B. Kaufmann, age 95, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013. GG's passing was quiet and peaceful at her home in West Los Angeles, having spent her last days surrounded by family and friends. She was the wife of the late Marvin Kaufmann who preceded her in death on the same day fifteen years earlier, October 8, 1998.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, GG was an activist and spent many years of her life as a volunteer and philanthropist.

She is survived by son, Jeffrey Kaufmann and wife, Susie; grandchildren, Lori (Steve), Matthew (Lacy), Brooke (Jason), and Dani (Elliot); and great-grandchildren, Brandon, Ethan, Mason, Emerson, Gabriel, Marley, Crosby, Lucy, and Leni. She was preceded in death by son, Walter Kaufmann, in 2005.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2013 at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park.
