Obituary:

Geo. M. West.Blanco, Tex., Aug. 24. – Geo. M. West, age 24 years, died here last night at the residence of Mrs. C. V. West at 9 o’clock of slow fever. The deceased was born in Fort Bend county, Tex., but has lived here since 1885. He was highly esteemed by all who knew him. He was buried with Masonic honors at 5:08 o’clock p. m. today.
