She was born on Oct., 31st. 1911 at Galla Rock, Pope County, Arkansas, to Alvis Marion Taylor Sr. and Sarah Lillie Emily Birge Taylor.
She married Archie Miller on Oct. 17th. 1932, By Rev. ( C. F. ) Charles Frank Harris at Pottsville.
Edith and her husband, Rev. Archie Miller operated the Dairy Freeze in Dardanelle prior to their moving to California, the Rev. and Mrs. Miller served as pastors of Assembly of God Churches in Pope and Yell Counties.
She was preceded in death by four children; Ronnie June, Pearl Dean, and two Infant,
She is survived by her parents; Marion and Lillie Taylor Sr., her husband Archie, Children: Wilma Jean Miller Chastain of Bakersfield, Calif., Harold Lloyd of Long Beach, Calif., Naomi Ruth of the home, sisters; Ethel Curtis of Bakersfield, Calif., Lucille Curtis of Arvin, Calif., Gladys Dilday of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Mary Ellen Lynch of London, Ark., Alvis Marion Taylor Jr. of Russellville, Ark., seven grandchildren.
