Born to Ben Daniel Hardaway and Katie Rose Hardaway. She was a member of Tanner Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by eight brothers, John William, Reuben, Paul, Andrew, Euel, and Donald Hardaway, Little Buddy and J. B. Barnes. Five sisters, Mary West, Sue Ellen Looney, Nellie Sherrill, Vera Sherrill and Alma Mae Green.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, A.W. Moyers, Jr.;two sons, Billy Wayne Moyers of Lester, and Glen David Moyers of Athens, two daughters, Jackie Elaine Harvey of Athens and Linda Kay Roberts of Lillian; two sisters Mattie Pearl Mitchell of Detroit, Mich. and Dorothy Mae Casteel of Athens; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
