Louis A. Horn, 88, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 1985, in Hooper.

Funeral services were held Saturday, July 19, in Hooper. Burial will be in the Bellevue Cemetery, Bellevue, Nebraska.

Louis Alexander Horn was born December 23, 1906, in Kremlin, Oklahoma, the son of Rev Nicolaus and Edith (Nutter) Horn. The family later moved to Nebraska. He married Gladys Margaret DePoyster on April 6, 1931, in Council Bluff, Iowa. Together they farmed near Crete.

Surviving are his wife, Gladys; two sons, Robert (Beverly) Horn of Aurora, CO, and Donald Horn; two grandchildren; one sister, Mildred (Roy) Mustion of Minden; and two brothers, Byron (Agnes) Horn of Littleton, CO; and Melvin (Vera) Horn of Grand Island.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant son in infancy.
