He was born in Monroe County on July 11, 1906, the son of William and Susan Hurley Feehan. A retired section employee of CB&Q and Burlington Northern railroads, he was a member of Brotherhood of Maintenance Way Employees. He was an Army veteran and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Ottumwa.
On Nov. 18, 1930, he married Anna Judge in Melrose. She survives.
Other survivors include one brother, Bill of Albia; and two sisters, Nora Craig and Catherine Starbuck, both of Monmouth, ILL.
The funeral was 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Ottumwa with the Rev. Paul C. Hart officiating. Burial was in St. Patrick's Cemetery at Georgetown. The rosary was 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Ottumwa.
