Thursday, December 18, 1941

MRS. DENNIS CLEARY

Mrs. Dennis Cleary, 40, died at the University Hospital in Iowa City after a long illness on December 5. Her body was brought to the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Feehan, near Tyrone.

She is survived by her husband, seven children, Madonna, Veronica, John, Margaret, Ann, Paul and Susanna; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Feehan of Tyrone; three sisters, Mrs. H. E. Craig of Monmouth, Ill., Mrs. John Starbuck of Ottumwa, and Mrs. Robert Hines of Albia; two brothers, Walter of Dudley, Iowa and William of Albia.

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 7, at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's church in Melrose, the Rev. J. J. Welsh officiating. Burial was in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
