Jean Lucille Blackburn, 81 of Dyersburg, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 25, 2013, at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Monday, January 4, 1932 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe White Sr. and the late Bertha Mae White.

She was a nanny for the Odom Children, a member of Mt. Tirzah Baptist Church and a Senior Circle member.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Blackburn will be Monday, October 28, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home, with Rev. Larry Blakeburn officiating. The family will accept visitors from 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow at Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Visitation for Mrs. Blackburn is Sunday, October 27, from 5:00-8:00PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.

Surviving are two sons, Lee and wife Patricia Blackburn of Finley, Tennessee David and wife Jane Blackburn of Marion, Arkansas, five daughters, Patsy and husband Dale Wright of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Vickie Grigsby of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Cathy Tetreault of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Ginny and husband Olen Parker of Newbern, Tennessee, Sandy and husband Tom Cross Jr. of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Yvonne Blackburn of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, three sisters, June Basham, Mary Jo both of Dyersburg, and Peggy Golden of Knoxville, Tennessee twenty grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, and special friend Homer Golden.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Lee Blackburn Sr., sons, Jimmy Blackburn and Kenny Blackburn, brother, Roscoe White Jr., sisters, Beatrice Criswell, Zelda Seratt and Lorell Archer.

Pallbearers will be Russ Grigsby, Tom Cross III, Will Cross, Ben Cross, Kevin Walker, Jimmy Beaver, Richie Beaver, and Zack Conlon.
