She was a longtime member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Lebanon, Missouri.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Gerald Ballard and a sister, Dora Fry.
She is survived by five sons, Bruce Headley of Strafford, Steve Headley of Lebanon, Wendall (Joy) Headley, Sam (Sherry) Headley, Robert (Tina) Headley, all of Lebanon; two brothers, Norman Vandivort of Edgar Springs, and Billy Vandivort of Houston, Missouri; a sister, Estelle Hannah of Cabool; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
