Franklin D. Taylor, age 79, of New Bloomfield, MO, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2012, at his home. He was born on December 12, 1932, in Belle, MO. He was married on January 16, 1965, to Margaret Turner, who survives at the home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel L. (memorial #91568356) & Elsie I. (Spurgeon) Taylor (memorial #), one brother, two sisters, and two step-sons. His body has been cremated under the direction of Heartland Cremation & Burial Society in Columbia. No public services will be held. Franklin D. Taylor 79 of New Bloomfield, passed away Saturday August 25, 2012 at his home. He was born on December 12, 1932 in Belle. He was married on January 16, 1965 to Margaret Turner who survives at the home, Franklin was a member of the IBEW and retired after more than 30 years and worked meny years as a carpenter, He enjoyed fishing and watching Cardinals baseball, and was an avid NASCAR fan always cheering for Jeff Gordon, and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Other surviving loved ones include his daughter, Connie Taylor of Memphis Tenn. daughter, Cathy Baxter and husband Mike of Deatsville Ala. daughter, Deanna Mastellone and husband Joe of Memphis Tenn. son Dennis Taylor of Memphis Tenn, step daughter Pamela Strycharz and her husband Charles of Edgewater Fla. stepson, Kenneth Robinson and wife Lynnette of New Bloomfield,three sisters, one brother, 19 grandchildren,and 29 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, two sisters, and two step sons. His body has been cremated under the direction of Heartland Cremation and Burial Society in Columbia.
