Her will mentions her daughters Marion Dunbar GUTMAN and Luella Caroline BIRKHAEUSER, and her sons Thomas Whipple and Charles B. She named her son, Thomas Whipple, as executor of her estate. Her estate was appraised at more than $57,000, over $50,000 of which was in the real estate of two properties in the 15th Ward of Milwaukee.
The inventory of her house at 2817 Dunbar Place shows these rooms: parlor, lower hall, sitting room, dining room, sun parlor, kitchen, front bedroom, middle bedroom, back bedroom, and upper hall.
She gave all her household articles and furniture at 2817 Dunbar Place and $500 to her daughter-in-law, Julia G. DUNBAR.
She bequeathed her piano at that place to her granddaughter, Doris DUNBAR, daughter of her son Charles B. The remainder of her estate she divided equally amongst her four surviving children.
Forest Home Cemetery records indicate that Marion was cremated there but not interred there.

Gravesite Details
Her cremains may have been first interred at Fairview Mausoleum in Milwaukee, but were moved before the Mausoleum was torn down in 1996 [thanks to FAG Contributor John Uhlman for providing the information about Fairview Mausoleum].
