The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home, Sylvania, with the Rev. Mark Evans officiating. Burial will be in Screven County Memorial Cemetery, Sylvania.
Mrs. Phillips, a native of North Carolina, formerly of Sylvania, was a leasing agent for Ridgewood Apartments, Savannah. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Robert N. Phillips; three sons, Jason Cannon, St. Augustine, Fla., Tony Phillips, Thomasville, and Timothy Phillips, Sylvania; three daughters, Jamie Russell, Rincon, Deanna P. Beasley, Augusta, and Ashley Phillips, Sylvania; her parents, Frank and Betty Madasci, Boonesville, N.C.; three brothers, Chuck Kenny and Chris Phillips, both of Boonesville, and Ken Kenny, East Bend, N.C.; three sisters, Cindy Thomas, Elkin, N.C., Buffy Mitchell, Green Cove Springs, Fla., and Alisa Smith, Elkin; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Troy Cannon, Joey Phillips, Donnie Phillips, Heath Beasley, Dean Phillips, Ken Nunnally and Mike Mitchell.
