She was born May 15, 1920 to Roscoe and Alma Keys Deacon. She was a member of Parkwood Baptist Church and was Past President of the PRF Fire Department Ladies Auxillary.
Besides her parents, Deeder was proceeded in death by her husband, Fred Fluhr.
She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Canary Atwell (Darrell) and Freda "Tookie" Morrow (Trenna Cunningham); grandchildren, Tim Atwell (Edna), Chaney Atwell, Gabe Morrow (Jennifer), Josh Morrow (Marilee) and Jordan Morrow (Ashley); five great grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sisters Juanita Salsman and Erma Greer; and many nieces and nephews.
Her service will be 1p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Monday 12-9 p.m. and Tuesday after 11 a.m. until the service at the funeral home.
