Joanne I. Odam , 80, born 1929 in Iola, KS, passed away August 5th, 2009.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m., followed by funeral
service at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 10, at Mt. Moriah &
Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister, and son Henry C. Odam III.
Mrs. Odam is survived by her husband of 62 years, Henry; brother Edwin Donnell and sister Pauline Bode, both of Overland Park, KS; daughters Patti (Gary) and Christy (Ronnie); son Michael (Patricia); grandchildren Jennifer, Jason, Ryan and Andrew; and great-grandchildren Maddie, Jack and Ayla.
She devoted her life to her family. She was the most wonderful and loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
