Henry L. Leonhardt, 85, Topeka, died Friday, Oct. 28, 2005, at his home. He was born March 25, 1920, in Hays, to Anton and Pauline (Walter) Leonhardt.

He retired from Kansas Power and Light in 1982 after 35 years of working in its electric meter shop.

He married Sharon Woosley on May 6, 1985, in Topeka.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; four sons, Gerald Haas, Sequin, Wash., Ronald Haas, Knob Noster, Mo., and Dave Mullins and Jason Mullins, both of Topeka; a daughter, Barbara McCummins, Topeka; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Topeka; burial with military honors by Fort Riley Funeral Detail at Memorial Park Cemetery, Topeka. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home, Topeka.

Memorials are suggested to the Heart of America Hospice, 315 S.W. 29th, Topeka.
