DOROTHY U. JENKINSON, 83

MUNCIE - Dorothy U. Jenkinson, 83, died Wednesday in Ball Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Jenkinson was a lifelong resident of Muncie. She attended Central High School, and she retired from Ball Brothers, now Ball Corp., after working there for 20 years. She was a member of Forest Park Senior Citizens Center and former resident of Gillespie Tower and Parkview Nursing Home.
Survivors include four daughters, Doris J. Clary (husband: James), Peggy Nichols (husband: Gary), Donna Baltimore (husband: Jerome) and Marsha Pugsley (husband: Larry); 15 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, William E. Jenkinson, a brother, a sister, and two grandchildren are deceased.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory.
Calling will be 4-8 p.m. today at Parsons Mortuary,
where there will be a scripture service at 8 p.m.
