John Nutt was a twin, along with his brother Joseph Nutt. John died on his 10th month birthday.

Individual grave markers for the six children of Henry and Asenath Nutt who died young could not be found, but there is one small marker with a lamb engraved "Our little children." This marker is located in section 478, next to the family's large monument.
Only four of the six children's names appear on it:
