Vincent B. "Pat" Kelch, 83, of 901 N. Main St., Normal, formerly of Bloomington, died at 12:15 a.m. Sunday (Nov. 19, 2000) at McLean County Nursing Home, Normal. Mr. Kelch was born Jan. 12, 1917, at Peoria, a son of Nickalos and Charlotte Fox Kelch. He married Estelle Helen Link on April 18, 1936, at Peoria. She died April 8, 1993. Survivors include a daughter, two sons, three sisters, and two brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Marvin E. Kelch Sr.; a daughter, Marsha A. Fogler; and 14 brothers and sisters.
