She was born June 12, 1907, in Limestone, the daughter of Frank and May (Crawford) Levesque. She was employed at Bird's Eye Division General Foods and American Kitchen for many years until her retirement.
Madeline was an active member of the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was also active in the United Methodist Women's Group and was a member of the Women's Christian Temperance Union and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She loved sewing, her flowers and the neighborhood birthday parties.
She was predeceased by her husband, Haze; two sons, Donald McDougal and Haze McDougal Jr.; one daughter, Capitola McDougal; six brothers, Raymond, Otis, Hubert, Charles, Simon and Sterling Levesque; three sisters, Beatrice Collins, Inez Whitneck and Lena Devoe.
Spring interment will take place in the Grimes Cemetery.
