A memorial service for Jerome Heath Jerry Brandao will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at 10:00 am at Cottage Grove Memorial Presbyterian Church in Plain Dealing, LA, with the Rev. Kathleen Hignight officiating under the direction of Bailey Mortuary, Plain Dealing, LA.
Jerry was born July 20, 1948, to Edward and Thelma Brandao of Plain Dealing, LA, and the third of five children. He passed away October 31, 2009, in Plain Dealing, LA.
He was preceded in death by his father Edward Brandao and his day old son Adam Brandao.
Survivors include his son Ryan Aulds Brandao; his wife Deborah; mother Thelma Strayhan Brandao; brothers Edward Brandao and wife Rebecca of New Orleans, LA, Steve Brandao and wife Patsy of Plain Dealing, LA, Gene Brandao and wife Jana of Little Rock, AR; and sister Joan Brandao Powell and husband Ronnie of Plain Dealing, LA; two aunts and two uncles.
Jerry loved nature, wildlife, hunting, and fishing. He was a great help to the residents of Brushy.
