The Death Certificate says Melvin Butcher, but the Kaysville City Cemetery records say this grave is for Elmer Butcher. Same person, I believe. The death certificate information was provided by his grandfather William Butcher. Not sure which name is correct, but since they had another son named Melvin in 1918, I prefer to think of this child as Elmer.
