ALBERTA McBATH GILMORE
Mrs. Alberta McBath Gilmore, 75, Pleasanton, died unexpectedly at her home early Tuesday morning, Jan. 9, 1979. She was born in Pleasanton on Jan. 23, 1903, the daughter of Thomas and Lucy (Farris) McBath. She was a life-time resident of Pleasanton. She was preceded in death by two husbands, John Wesley Johnson and Earl Gilmore. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Pleasanton.
Mrs. Gilmore is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Freda Irene) Courtois and Mrs. Margaret Nadine Edwards, both of Pleasanton; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Rev. Tom Raley conducted funeral services at the First Baptist Church in Pleasanton, Jan. 11. Music was provided by Mrs. Sharen Mead, organist. Casket bearers were Mack Probasco, Wesley Rittinghouse, Floyd Courtois, Albert Kohl, Carl Black, Leon Hester, Charles Bell and William Courtois. Interment was in Pleasanton Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Tornedens, Pleasanton.
