RAVENSWOOD - Services will be held today, 2 p.m., at Lockhart United Methodist Church for Mrs. Angeline Archer Thomas, 74, of Route 2, Sandyville, who died Friday evening at her residence following a long illness.
The Rev. Paul parsons and the Rev. Charles Eaton will officiate. Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.
She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Granville and Carrie Battin Archer. She was a member of the Lockhart United Methodist Church.
survivors include her husband, Forest D. Thomas; a son, Olen, of Route 3, Sandyville; two sisters. Lela Ott and Mrs. Ada Gandee, of Mineral Wells; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two children.
Friends will be received at the church one hour prior to service.
Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, is in charge of arrangements.
