MRS. HLAVACEK GETS SUMMONS.
Stroke Proves Fatal To Resident of Reedsville.
Mrs. Frank Hlavachek, 59, died this noon at her home in Reedsville. She had a stroke a few days ago.

The deceased, whose maiden name was Barbara Kalcik, was born at Kellnersville in 1877 and married Frank Hlavachek in 1896. They located on a farm near Brillion where they resided until 1929, when they moved to Reedsville. Mr.Hlavachek died in 1931.

Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Anna Kostechka, Cato, Mrs. Barbara Feit, Kellnersville, Mrs. Clara Dyar, St. Joseph, Mich., Mrs. M. Haas, Taus, Mrs. Emma Dugan, Clarks Mills; six sons, Charles, Sheboygan Falls, Joseph and John,
Brillion, Frank, Chilton, James, Kellnersville, Edward, Reedsville; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Hynek, Milladore, Wis.; and 13 grandchildren.

Mrs. Hlavachek was a member of the St. Ann society of the Catholic church.
Funeral announcement will be made Monday.

Hlavachek Rites At Reedsville Tuesday.
Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Hlavachek, 68, who died at her home at Reedsville Saturday, will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from the St. Mary's Catholic church, Reedsville. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
The body is at the Hlavachek home.
