Four-year-old Elizabeth Dominguez liked the color pink. Her favorite food was "chicken soup with letters," and she liked the Little Mermaid and monkeys. When she grew up, she wanted to be a ballerina in a circus, wearing a dress like Snow White.
These are some of the things Elizabeth, with her teacher's help, scribbled on a piece of artwork that was posted only a week ago in the hallway of Buena Vista Alternative School in San Francisco.
Now, that art project, with Elizabeth's picture, will be something through which her classmates will remember her.
