The death date, 18 Nov 1830, shown on the tombstone is not correct. The date his will was probated is listed as 28 Dec 1829 in the Somerset County, PA Will index 1795-1922, so I'm assuming he died on 18 Nov 1929. Anthony is a brother to my 5th Great-Grandmother (Glenda)
I took this picture in July 2004. At that time there were very definite cracks across the top of it, allowing water to push its way inside. Eventually the entire face of this stone will freeze and shatter, and he will be lost to any family that hasn't already located him. (bones-n-rust)
