James C. "Jack" Puckett, 81, passed away January 5, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
An Army veteran, he was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ethel Puckett and sister, Mary Crosby.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Hollis Puckett; children, Jim Puckett of Memphis, TN, Jackie Phillips of Clermont, FL, and Gary Puckett of Memphis, TN and grandchildren, Brandi and Tyler Phillips.
