John Orchokowski (sic), 71, of 1128 North Eighth street, died Thursday evening at the family home. He had been ill for some time.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. from the home and at 9 o'clock at Holy Innocents Catholic church. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery. The body will be taken to the Orchokowski home from the Shimek and Schwartz Funeral Home on Saturday afternoon and will lie in state until the hour of the funeral.
Mr. Orchokowski was born in this city in June, 1868, and in October, 1894, he married Gertrude Baroun.
Survivors are the widow, three daughters, Mrs. Leo Wiczek and Mrs. John Kaminski of this city, and Mrs. John Block of St. Louis, Mo., one son, Joseph Orchokowski of this city, and nine grandchildren.
