THOMAS Robert C. Thomas died December 20, 2010. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 25, 1920 to Erma Brown and Arthur Lloyd Thomas, Jr. He served in the Navy and Army retiring as an officer in 1965 at which time he moved to El Paso. He worked many years for Gene Horn Oldsmobile and was a Red Cross volunteer at Beaumont Hospital until 2008. He was an active member of Christ Episcopal Church and All Saint's Episcopal Church. He is survived by wife Julie Saldívar Thomas, daughters (2) ..., nine grandchildren: ... and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Margaret, Arthur, Mary, and Patricia, niece Wendy, and nephew Michael. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 26 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Martin East Funeral Home 1460 George Dieter. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 27 at 12:30 p.m. at All Saint's Episcopal Church, 3500 McRae Blvd. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
