Ruth Marie Ziegert, 96, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012, in her daughter Jean's home in Mesa, Arizona. She was born in Bridgeman, Michigan to James Marshall and Florence May Maudlin, both of whome preceded her in death. On October 13, 1935, in Mishawaka, Indiana, she married Frederick Louis Ziegert, who perceded her in death on September 13, 2003.
Ruth Marie is survived by daughters, Jean of Mesa, Arizona, Wanda of South Bend, Linda, Pearl, Darlene, Karen and Jane, all of Mishawaka; sons, Larry of Phoenix, Arizona, Ron of New Carlisle, Bud of South Bend, and Bob of Mishawaka; 39 grandchildren and 98 great grandchildren.
Ruth's funeral service is Thursday, September 27, at 10:00 a.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 930 Park Place, Mishawaka, Indiana. There will not be any visitation. Cremation has taken place.
