Minnie Isabel Allen Parry is the daughter of John Allen and Martha Earp. She was born 31 March 1886 in Eldon, Miller County, Missouri. As a young woman, she moved to Kansas City and worked in domestic service and as a seamstress. Her mother had passed away before 1900 and her father had moved to Linwood, Kansas. On 26 July 1910, Minnie married John Allen Parry of Linwood in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. To their union, two sons were born. John Tudhope Parry in 1911, and Hugh William Parry in 1912. Minnie passed away on 23 January 1961 in Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas and was laid to rest in the Mt. Sidney Cemetery.
