MRS. JENNIE H. CLARK, 71, of 413 Elliott St., died yesterday at her home. A native of Binghamton, she lived here 60 years, and was a member of the Golden Age Club.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur P. Clark; two sons, Robert Farley of California and Raymond Farley; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Benz; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Chase of Ithaca and nine grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Greenleaf Funeral Home, the Rev. Edward Van der Hay officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home, 503 W. Onondaga St.
