EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Agnes “Jean” Sullivan, 80, of 3624 Halsey Street, Eau Claire passed away on Sunday, Jan. 5th, at the Clairemont Nursing Home.
Jean was born on Jan. 30, 1916, in Elyria, Ohio, to James and Stella (Monroe) McCrann. She was married to Raymond Sullivan on Sept. 12, 1939, in Elyria, Ohio. They had lived in the La Crosse area for several years before moving to Eau Claire. Jean was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and was a member of the Immaculata Ladies Society.
Jean is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Dick) Rust of Eau Claire; and a son, Michael (Inez) Sullivan of Clallam Bay, Wash.; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and many friends.
Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, Jan. 8th, at 1 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Father Eugene Klink officiating. Burial will be held in La Crosse Catholic Cemetery on Thursday at 11 a.m.
There was no visitation prior to the time of the service on Wednesday. The Fuller-Speckien Funeral Home is assisting the family.
In Lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Immaculate Conception Parish or a charitable organization of your choir.
