Toby faithfully responded to the calls of both Isaiah and Micah as well as responding to the commands of Jesus "to love one's neighbor as oneself". She was a witness in her family and community in her exemplary service while uplifting women and children in tutoring programs, feeding the hungry, and supporting those who grieved. Toby's wit, intellect, and "can do" attitude and undying faith serve as an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed.
