Margaret McBride Brown passed away June 6, 2001. She was a member of the Genesis Baptist Church, 241 S. McDuff Avenue, Rev. Nelson Turpin, Pastor. Survivors are her mother, Matilda Ellerby; sister, Barbara Williams; aunt, Lillie B. Knighten; sons, George McBride and Edward James Gamble (Teresa); daughters, Diane McBride, Betty Gamble, Theresa Gamble Honeywood, JoAnn Gamble Smalls (Kevin), Tania Gamble and Patricia Smith; 23 grandchildren; 8 great grands; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM SATURDAY in her church, Pastor Turpin, Officiating. Viewing at the mortuary from 5 until 8PM TODAY. Interment in Edgewood Cemetery. The procession will form at the church. Arrangements entrusted to: A. B. COLEMAN MORTUARY, INC. 5660 Moncrief Road.
