LYONS | Annie E. "Betty" Fultz Massi, 76, of Lyons, formerly of Newark, N.J., and Dundee, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2002 at the Wayne County Nursing Home, Lyons.
She was a nurse at Willard Psychiatric Hospital and the Newark Developmental Center until her retirement in 1988.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph J. Massi of Newark; two sons, Earl L. Fultz Jr. of Estacada, Ore., and Gerald Fultz of Allentown, Pa.; a stepson, Kenneth J. Massi of Ione, Calif., two stepdaughters, Carol Ann Netzer and Lorraine Massi, both of Auburn; two sisters, Virtue Kamler of Redwood City, Calif., and Mary Briggs of Dundee.
