DEATHS OF THE WEEK. Grim Reaper Takes His Toll. Many Pass Away.

After a lingering illness of more than four years, Mrs. Annie C. Bishop, died at the home of her parents, Captain and Mrs. Jacob B. Cullen, Main Street, at an early hour on Wednesday morning. The deceased was a widow of the late Edgar N. Bishop, to whom she was married, at Gates, Nebraska, on November 29, 1907. She was 64 years of age and since the death of her husband had made her home in Crisfield. A thorough christian woman, with a kind and cheerful disposition, she was known and loved by a host of friends throughout Crisfield and Somerset County.

Beside her parents, the deceased is survived by four sisters: Mrs. Edward P. Wyatt, Mrs. George W. Nealy, Mrs. Josephine Hall and Mrs. Wm. C. Muir and two nieces, Mrs. Nicklas Riggin and Miss Burnice Hall.

Funeral services, conducted by Rev. J. J. Bunting, were held at the late home on Friday afternoon. Interment was made in the family burying ground in the Crisfield Cemetery.
