Walter Albrecht, 89, of La Prairie Township, died Sunday, December 4, 2005, in Deerview Meadows, Janesville. Walter was born in La Prairie Township on April 9, 1916, the son of Max and Ida (Krebs) Albrecht. He married Evelyn Albrecht on Oct. 2, 1948, in Shopiere, WI. She died on Sept 10, 2003. He was a lifelong dairy farmer in La Prairie Township. He enjoyed baseball and softball. He was a very caring person and was always willing to help everyone around him. He is survived by 2 sisters, Lorraine Dallman and Arlene Baxter of Janesville; several nieces, nephews, cousins and several great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Evelyn; a brother, Edward; and an infant sister, Agnes.
