Elizabeth was born August 18, 1933, to Henry and Marguerite (Mclintock) Beechner in Butler, Missouri. She attended High School in Moline, Kansas. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Jack Sinsel in 1973 and worked as an Nurses Assistant at Wesley Medical Center for 27 years. She loved cats, enjoyed reading fiction and playing cards with her friends at the Andover Senior Center.
Her survivors include her son Johnnie Murphy and wife Susan Brown PhD, of Honokaa, Hawaii; daughter Sara "Scottie" and husband Tim Sinsel, of Fall River, Kansas; brother Bud Beechner of Moline, Kansas; sister Mary Boring of St. Joseph, Missouri. Numerous nieces and nephews, as well as numerous grand nieces and grand nephews. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, as well as husband Jack Sinsel.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 19, at 10:00 a.m. at the Dunsford Funeral Chapel. Visitation will take place prior to services from 9:00 to 10:00. Interment will take place at the Moline Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Memorials have been established with the Andover Senior Center in care of the funeral home.
