HAVANA: Mrs. Emma Atwater, 65, of R.R.2, Havana, IL, died at 6:38 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 1965 at Bath, IL.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Central Christian Church in Havana. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. The body is at Hurley Funeral Home.
She is survived by the husband, Sheldon; one son, Paul of Havana; one daughter, Mrs. Verla Welker of Havana; her mother, Mrs. Ardine Wills of Carmichael, CA; five sisters, Mrs. Leona Claybaugh, Mrs. Murial Neese, Mrs. Caroline Fuller, Mrs. Lavone Hov, all of Stanhope, IA; Miss Lois Varland of Radcliff, IA; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
