Donna worked as a successful Avon representative. She also was a certified nanny and carried for the children of several families while living in Petaluma, California.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Petaluma, California for nearly 20 years. When her health permitted, she enjoy activities with the church's ladies groups.
At the time of her death at Sonoma Healthcare Center, Donna was 70 years, 7 months and 2 days old. She was survived by 2 sons and 2 daughters-in-law; several grandchildren; 2 brothers, Wayne Cook and his wife of Godfrey, Illinois, and Bruce Cook and his wife of Crawfordsville, Florida.
