Miss Zavacky (Zuwatsky) was the daughter of John and Mary (Arendacs) Zavacky from Hajtovka, Slovakia. Prior to her retirement Miss Zavacky was a machine operator at Botany Woolen Mills in Passaic, New Jersey. She was a member of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Cathedral, Passaic, New Jersey. At the date of her death she was survived by her brother Michael and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Joseph and John; and sister Mary. Funeral liturgy was held at St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Cathedral in Passaic, New Jersey.
