Miss Nellie M. Obert, 2nd dau. of F. M. Obert was married to Amos W. Harmon, at 2pm, Wed., Jan. 4, 1911, at the home of her parents, 14 miles NE of Burwell, Nebraska. Reverend Miles of M.E. Church officiated the ceremony under a canopy of evergreen with a large beautiful white bell. The background was of pink, white & green crepe paper. Only a few relatives were present due to a heavy snow storm. Nellie's brother, Carl Obert was groomsman & groom's sister, Sylvia Harmon was bridesmaid. Nellie's dress was a beautiful cream silk & Amos wore blue serge. This couple is well known & liked. And will begin life on a farm, 3 miles SE of Roseville, Nebraska.
